两年多来,我们以提高经济效益为中心,坚持改革,狠抓两个文明建设,调动了职工的积极性,增强了企业活力。1985年完成产值、利润和上交税金。分别比1984年增长14.93%、52.79%、29.8%;1986年又分别比1985年增长25.42%、25.83%、34.77%。两年迈出了两大步。耐酸砖C23系列被评为1985年省优质产品,玉马牌大型饰面板获1986年省优秀新产品奖,华山牌釉面砖在去年全国建陶行业检查评比中,获优秀产品奖。今年3月,我厂被陕西省建材局评为先进企业标兵,“五一”前夕,陕西省经委义授予我厂技术进步先进企业称号。我们的具体做法是: 一、坚持改革,增强企业活力我厂的改革是在1984年底新老班子交替中起步的。首先,我们根据生产实际,将沿袭了二十七年之久的分块管理,改变为按生产线管理。改革后,除原料车间外,基本形成了卫生瓷、釉面砖、耐酸砖、饰面板4条半封闭生产线,为搞好生产创造了有利条件。

In March of this year, our factory was selected as the advanced enterprise model by the Shaanxi Provincial Building Material Bureau. On the eve of the May 1st, the Economic Commission of Shaanxi Province conferred the title of advanced technology advanced enterprise in our factory. Our specific approach is: First, adhere to the reform and enhance the vitality of the enterprise. The reform of our factory started in the alternation of the old and new teams at the end of 1984. First of all, according to the actual production, we will follow the block management that has been in place for 27 years and change it to be managed by the production line. After the reform, in addition to the raw materials workshop, four semi-closed production lines for sanitary ware, glazed tiles, acid-resistant bricks, and veneers were basically formed, which created favorable conditions for a good production.
