药物治疗在临床医学中占有重要地位,当患者诊断明确后,必须正确地选择药物,正确地给药,才能获得应有的治疗效果。近二十年来,药学领域内发展了一些新的理论,为制订合理的给药方案提供了基础,使临床用药的水平有了很大的提高。所谓给药方案,就是在选定药物后,恰当地确定剂量与给药间隔,使血液中药物浓度达到一定的水平,并且维持在需要的范围内,保证用药的安全和有效。
