目的:测试甲壳胺膜在体内体外的降解性,探讨甲壳胺膜在外科手术中应用的可能性。方法:体外组用1%溶菌酶溶液浸泡甲壳胺膜。体内组将甲壳胺膜置于大鼠腹腔器官和皮下组织。结果:体外组在浸泡10天时,甲壳胺膜降解近50%。在体内组中甲壳胺膜在腹腔中有明显降解,但皮下组织中的甲壳胺膜被周围组织纤维化而无法测试。结论:甲壳胺膜在不同的介质中有不同的降解性,其在体内降解速度与多种因素有关。
Objective: To test the degradation of chitosan membrane in vitro and in vivo and to explore the possibility of application of chitosan membrane in surgery. Methods: In vitro group with 1% lysozyme solution soaked chitosan membrane. In vivo, chitosan membranes were placed in abdominal organs and subcutaneous tissue of rats. Results: The chitosan membrane degraded nearly 50% in the in vitro group for 10 days. Chitosan membrane was significantly degraded in the abdominal cavity in the in vivo group, but the chitosan membrane in the subcutaneous tissue was fibrillated from the surrounding tissue and could not be tested. Conclusion: Chitosan membrane has different degradability in different media, and its degradation rate in vivo is related to many factors.
