研究了Si、C和V含量对高强钢筋组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高硅含量有利于提高钢棒的延性和高温松弛性能,但屈强比会随之降低。在相同的冷却条件下,碳含量高的试样得到了更多的马氏体组织,强度更高。钒元素会增加屈强比,有利于强度和延性的整体性能提高。
The effects of Si, C and V contents on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength steel were studied. The results show that increasing the silicon content is beneficial to improve the ductility and high temperature relaxation properties of steel bars, but the yield ratio will decrease. Under the same cooling conditions, the specimens with higher carbon content obtained more martensite structure with higher strength. Vanadium elements will increase the yield ratio, is conducive to the overall performance strength and ductility.
