本研究以内蒙古广泛栽培的两个马铃薯品种克新一号和费乌瑞它为试验材料,研究在重金属镉(Cd 50mg/kg)胁迫条件下,硅酸钠、钙镁磷肥、腐植酸钠和有机肥四种肥料对马铃薯生长发育的影响。结果表明:在镉(Cd 50mg/kg)胁迫下,硅酸钠和有机肥可以显著提高克新一号的单株产量和总生物量,有机肥提高了克新一号对镉的抗性;四种肥料均使费乌瑞它单株产量和总生物量显著增加,钙镁磷肥提高了费乌瑞它对镉的抗性。同一肥料处理的费乌瑞它的抗性比克新一号的抗性强。
In this study, two potato cultivars, Kexin No.1 and Feirui, which are widely cultivated in Inner Mongolia, were used as experimental materials to study the effects of sodium silicate, calcium magnesium phosphate, sodium humate and Effect of four kinds of manure on the growth and development of potato. The results showed that under the stress of cadmium (Cd 50mg / kg), sodium silicate and organic fertilizer could significantly increase the yield per plant and total biomass of Kexin No.1, and the organic fertilizer increased the resistance of Kexin I to cadmium. Four kinds of fertilizers all contributed to the significant increase in yield per plant and the total biomass of Feirui, and the calcium, magnesium and phosphate fertilizers raised its resistance to cadmium. The same fertilizers deal with its resistance than its newer one.
