目的建立新疆不同产地雪菊的UPLC指纹图谱,为雪菊的真伪鉴别和质量控制提供依据。方法采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 C18(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-p H 3.0磷酸水溶液为流动相,体积流量0.2 m L/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃,以儿茶素、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡奎宁酸为参照物,对13批次新疆不同产地雪菊进行指纹图谱分析。结果建立了新疆产雪菊的UPLC指纹图谱,标定共有峰17个,并用对照品指认了3个色谱峰,测定了13批次新疆产雪菊中3种成分的量。结论 13批次新疆产雪菊相似度虽然存在微小差异,但均大于0.90。根据该色谱条件构建的UPLC指纹图谱为新疆产雪菊质量评价提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish a UPLC fingerprinting map of snow chrysanthemum in different habitats in Xinjiang, and to provide evidence for the authenticity identification and quality control of snow chrysanthemum. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-pH 3.0 phosphate aqueous solution with a volume flow rate of 0.2 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 280 nm at a column temperature of 30 ° C using a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) Using catechin, luteolin and 3,5-O-catechin as reference materials, fingerprinting was performed on 13 accessions of Sophora japonica from different habitats in Xinjiang. Results UPLC fingerprints of Xinjiang snowdrop were established. The total number of peaks was 17, and three peaks were identified by reference standard. The contents of three components in 13 batches of Xinjiang snowdrop were determined. Conclusion Although there are slight differences in the similarity among the 13 batches of Xinjiang snow creeper, they are both greater than 0.90. UPLC fingerprinting based on the chromatographic conditions provided a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of snowdrop in Xinjiang.
