本研究首次在湖南郴州分离出了斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus,SpliNPV)郴州株,并对其室内生物活性分析和田间应用效果进行了系统研究。结果表明,该病毒的人工繁殖方法以饲喂法较好,病死率为65.0%;害虫染毒后4~8 d达死亡高峰,高温、高湿、寡日照天气有利于病毒的发生流行;此病毒的室内校正防效为86.6%,略优于已投入市场的病毒产品;田间校正防效为88.4%,稍高于阿维菌素农药产品的防效;病毒原液中的病毒多角体的浓度为1.03×1011 OBs/mL,为国内的强毒株。该病毒作为防治害虫的生物因子,具有很好的应用开发前景。
In this study, the Chenzhou strain of Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpliNPV) was isolated for the first time in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, and its indoor bioactivity analysis and field application effects were systematically studied. The results showed that the artificial propagation method of this virus was better by feeding method with the mortality rate of 65.0%. The pest reached the peak of death at 4 ~ 8 d after it was exposed to the virus. The high temperature, high humidity and oligo-sunshine weather were favorable to the occurrence of the virus The indoor control effect of the virus was 86.6%, which was slightly better than that of the virus products that had been put into the market. The field control effect was 88.4%, slightly higher than the control effect of the avermectin pesticide products. The viral polyhedron concentration in the virus stock solution 1.03 × 1011 OBs / mL, for the domestic virulent strains. The virus as a biological control of pests, has good application development prospects.
