一、运动场看台方法1:利用运动场看台上的大台阶,进行向上跑台阶练习(见图1-1),练习方法类同爬楼梯,台阶高度40cm左右。原理:学生在爬上大台阶时,可以借助“大台阶”的距离与高度增加跑步难度,促进他们增大步幅,同时有效地增强学生的腿部力量。另外,与在普通场地跑步相比,爬“大台阶”具有一定的刺激性,因而能更有效地激发学生的跑步兴趣。

Principle: When students climb a large step, they can increase the difficulty of running with the help of the distance and height of the “big steps” to increase their pace and effectively enhance the students’ leg strength. In addition, compared with running in ordinary venues, climbing the “big steps” has some irritation, which can more effectively stimulate students’ interest in running.
