以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂、吡啶-2,3-二羧酸和乙醇为原料,合成吡啶-2,3-二羧酸二乙酯的新方法,收率85.7%,含量93.7%,产品结构经核磁共振氢谱及红外验证,含量由液相色谱分析得到。该合成路线的突出优点为产品收率及含量均较高,合成方法安全环保,几乎可以达到“三废”零排放,符合绿色化工和清洁生产的要求,适合工业化生产。
Using cation exchange resin as catalyst and pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and ethanol as raw materials, a novel method for synthesis of diethyl pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate was obtained with a yield of 85.7% and a content of 93.7% 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared verification, the content obtained by liquid chromatography. The outstanding advantages of this synthetic route are high product yield and high content, safety and environmental protection of the synthesis method, almost zero discharge of “three wastes”, in line with the requirements of green chemical and cleaner production, and are suitable for industrialized production.
