随着科技的不断进步,我国现代化进程不断深入,近几年来,预应力技术在房屋建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用。在预应力混凝土构件中,预应力钢筋受到很高的拉应力,而混凝土则主要处于受压应力状态。因此,预应力混凝土可以更好地发挥钢筋与混凝土各自的优势,是两种材料的理想结合。预应力混凝土提高了构件的抗裂能力,增大了构件的刚度,预应力混凝土的出现,将钢筋混凝土的应用推向了新水平。本文根据从事工程施工管理的经验,并结合我公司承建的新疆生产建设兵团广播电视制播中心工程预应力施工管理取得的成效,谈谈预应力施工过程中的技术应用。
With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the process of modernization in our country continues to deepen. In recent years, prestressed technology has been widely used in building construction projects. In prestressed concrete members, the prestressed tendons are subjected to high tensile stress, while the concrete is mainly under compressive stress. Therefore, prestressed concrete can better exert the advantages of reinforced concrete and concrete, which is the ideal combination of the two materials. Prestressed concrete improves the crack resistance of components, increases the stiffness of components and the appearance of prestressed concrete, pushing the application of reinforced concrete to a new level. Based on the experience of engineering construction management and the achievements made by our company in the construction of prestressed construction management of radio and television broadcasting and broadcasting center under the construction of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, this paper discusses the application of technology in the process of prestressed construction.
