选择8例严重器质性心脏病并发完全性左束支传导阻滞的尸检病例。男1例、女7例。年龄51~85岁(平均67.9岁)。心脏传导系统按Lev改良法取材,连续切片,共切60,000张。观察结果,7例左束支病理改变主要为束支细胞萎缩消失、纤维化、脂肪浸润、空泡变性及小淋巴细胞浸润等,仅1例病变发生在希氏束。经相关顺序检验表明,心电图与光镜下左束支病理改变有显著正相关。其发生机制,本组中5例与左
Eight patients with severe organic structural heart disease complicated by left bundle branch block were selected for autopsy. 1 males and 7 females. Age 51 to 85 years old (average 67.9 years old).
