用沉淀法制备了La2 Sn2 O7微粉。XRD分析表明 ,在 1 1 0 0℃下合成了单相的La2 Sn2 O7微粉 ,属于立方晶系 ,空间群为Fd3m。实验表明 ,焙烧温度是影响La2 Sn2 O7相形成的主要因素 ,而焙烧时间则是次要因素。SEM分析表明 ,La2 Sn2 O7粒子基于本呈球形 ,粒度小于 0 5 μm。相对密度分析表明 ,随焙烧温度的增加 ,粉末的密度增大。
La2Sn2O7 powder was prepared by precipitation method. XRD analysis showed that the single-phase La2Sn2O7 powder synthesized at 1100C belongs to the cubic system with space group Fd3m. Experiments show that the calcination temperature is the main factor affecting the formation of La2Sn2O7 phase, while the firing time is the secondary factor. SEM analysis showed that La2Sn2O7 particles based on the spherical, particle size less than 0 5 μm. Relative density analysis showed that with the calcination temperature increases, the density of the powder increases.
