本文利用Malmquist生产率指数分析法,对我国27个省(自治区、直辖市)1995~2008年高技术产业的研发效率增长及其收敛性进行了研究。结果表明我国高技术产业的研发效率增长是依靠技术进步和技术效率共同驱动的,其中技术进步的作用更大;某些经济发展水平较高、高技术产业发展规模较大的地区其研发效率有所下降;各地区研发效率增长同时存在绝对收敛和条件收敛,我国高技术产业的研发效率增长最终将会达到相同的水平,但收敛速度较慢,即不发达地区的高技术产业研发效率需要较长的时间才能够完成对发达地区的追赶。
In this paper, Malmquist productivity index analysis is used to study the growth of R & D efficiency and convergence of high-tech industries from 1995 to 2008 in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China. The results show that the R & D efficiency growth of high-tech industry in our country is driven by both technological progress and technical efficiency. Among them, technological progress plays a greater role.
