根据中东阿布扎比高温、温差大的环境特点,设计了ETFE气枕性能高温环境试验系统,主要包括密封环境模拟室,776mm×776mm气枕模型,环境加热与ETFE气枕压力计算机自动控制系统,温度、位移数据采集系统.研制出试验系统,进行了40℃~80℃温度变化、6个周期18小时下气枕性能测试,然后利用气枕膜片制备试件,进行了ETFE薄膜厚度测试、ETFE薄膜和缝合节点拉伸试验.得到了相应的膜面矢高位移、试件破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、极限强度和破断延伸率,对工程设计具有指导参考价值.
According to the characteristics of high temperature and large temperature difference in the Middle East, the high temperature environment test system of ETFE air cushion is designed. The system consists of a sealed environment simulation room, 776mm × 776mm air cushion model, environmental heating and ETFE airbag pressure computer automatic control system, Temperature and displacement data acquisition system.The test system was developed and the temperature change of 40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ was carried out, the performance of the air pillow was tested under 18 cycles of 6 cycles, then the ETFE film thickness test was made by using the air pillow patch, ETFE film and suture node tensile test, the corresponding displacement of the sagittal plane of the film, the failure mode, the stress-strain curve, the ultimate strength and the elongation at break of the test piece were obtained.
