我科于1973年用冰冻术和丙种球蛋白治疗由种牛痘而感染眼部疾患者2例,获得迅速而满意的疗效,兹报告如下:例1:丰××,男,3岁,住院号122294。病史:于10天前种牛痘,4天前两眼发红,右眼较重,以为害眼来去看病。来院前一天右眼红肿,畏光流泪,睁不开,睑缘长脓癌,且有发烧(38.8℃),乃转来我院。检查:左上臂外侧上三分一处可见1×1厘米大小的牛痘,已干燥结痴。左前臂中部、右下肢小腿中段及前额部均有继发牛痘疹。右眼睑红肿,闭目不睁,上下睑缘共有10个牛痘疹,且已破溃流浆。右眼混合充血,下方球结膜水肿,角膜中央有浸润及浅层溃疡。左下睑亦有一个痘疹,左角膜尚无炎症。诊断:眼睑、全身牛痘继发感染及右眼牛痘性角膜炎。治疗:用冰冻器将10个痘疹的浆液冰冻凝固粘除干净,涂龙胆紫液,收住院。丙种球蛋白肌注,每3天一次,球蛋白氯霉素混合液和疱疹净滴眼,内服四环素和维生素 B_1及 AD。第2天体温降至正常。第3天右眼红肿减轻,睑缘痘疹部份结痂,畏光流泪减轻,眼能睁开,角膜浸润部份吸收。患孩自愿下床活动,饮食正常。第5天右眼睑消肿,睁眼正常,球结膜充血消退,角膜浸润吸收。第6天角膜炎基本痊愈,眼睑痘痂脱落乃出院。一周后来复诊,右眼角膜光泽正

Diagnosis: Eyelid, systemic infection and secondary to vaccinia keratitis. Treatment: Frozen 10 pox rash frozen solidified sticky clean, painted gentian violet, admitted to hospital. Gamma globulin intramuscular injection, once every 3 days, globulin chloramphenicol mixture and herpes net eye drops, oral tetracycline and vitamin B_1 and AD. Body temperature dropped to normal on the second day. On the 3rd day, the right eye showed redness and swelling, partial edema of the palpebral margin was scabbed, photophobia and tearing were relieved, the eyes could open and part of the corneal infiltration was absorbed. Children voluntarily get out of bed activities, normal diet. Day 5 Right eyelid swelling, eyes open normally, conjunctival congestion subsided, corneal infiltration absorption.
