长期以来,国际收支失衡都是中国外部经济的主要表现,长时间的经常项目顺差在加剧了国际收支失衡的同时,也暴露出了经济内部的多种矛盾。文章研究经常项目顺差与居民收入分配二者间的关系,从居民收入角度出发,通过建立向量自回归模型,明确了经常项目顺差与居民收入分配间的关系是长期、稳定的。经常项目顺差在居民收入分配过程中发挥了较好的缓解作用,并通过构建CGE模型,分析出提高居民收入分配、缓解经常项目顺差的几个有效途径,以期为改变中国外部经济失衡现状提供有效借鉴。 For a long time, the imbalance in international payments is the main manifestation of China’s external economy. The prolonged current account surplus has exacerbated the imbalance in international payments and exposed many internal contradictions in the economy. The article studies the relationship between current account surplus and resident income distribution. From the point of resident income, through establishing vector autoregressive model, it is clear that the relationship between current account surplus and resident income distribution is long-term and stable.
