朝鲜半岛的战略稳定是保障东北亚安全与稳定的核心因素,因而一直得到包括中国在内的东北亚相关国家的高度关注。2011年岁末朝鲜领导人金正日去世带来的朝鲜政坛变化以及相关各方的不同反应,再度要求我们进一步理性审视东北亚可能出现的新变局,判断这些变化将推动东北亚局势及世界局势向什么方向演变,以及思考身处变局的中国应该作出何种政策或战略调整与应对。为此,2012年1月6日,《现代国际关系》杂志社举办了“东北亚新变局及其战略影响”研讨会,邀请来自北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、南开大学、国防大学、北京航空航天大学、吉林大学、中国现代国际关系研究院等国内著名高校和科研机构的20多位专家学者参加会议,就上述问题展开了深入探讨。现将部分与会者的观点辑录如下,以飨读者。
The strategic stability of the Korean Peninsula is a core factor in safeguarding security and stability in Northeast Asia and has therefore always been highly concerned by the relevant countries in Northeast Asia, including China. North Korea’s political changes brought by the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il in the end of the year and the different reactions of all parties concerned once again require us to further examine the possible new changes that may emerge in Northeast Asia rationally and judge that these changes will promote the situation in Northeast Asia and the world situation What direction should be evolved, and what kind of policy or strategy China should take to make changes and to make adjustments. To this end, January 6, 2012, “Modern International Relations” magazine held a “seminar on the new changes in Northeast Asia and its strategic impact ”, invited from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Nankai University, National Defense More than 20 experts and scholars from universities, research institutes such as Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jilin University, China Institute of Contemporary International Relations attended the meeting and conducted in-depth discussions on the above issues. The views of some of the participants are now compiled as follows to readers.
