基于容错测试的高鲁棒性模拟电路演化设计

为提高电磁环境下电路的抗干扰特性,基于电路进化设计思想,采用基因编程算法自动实现鲁棒性模拟电路的进化设计,使电路在局部元件受扰情况下仍然能够保持原有功能,并且电路的整体性能衰减较小。同时定义了电路局部短路和局部断路两种故障模式,通过调节电路中每个元件并联电阻的阻值来模拟电路故障状况及其损伤程度,采用基于动态抽样的近似鲁棒性评估技术实现低通滤波器的进化设计;最后分别对标准进化电路和鲁棒电路在不同状况下电路的输出响应进行测试。实验结果表明:通过引入假设故障模型和鲁棒性评价模型,在电路进化适应度评估过程中增加电路鲁棒性评价能够进化出固有鲁棒的电路;在局部短路故障情况下,在频率响应曲线中,鲁棒电路基本保持原始弯曲状态,频域响应曲线仅有6.27%的衰减率;局部断路故障情况下,鲁棒电路能够很好的保持原始输出响应,频域响应曲线仅有3.4%的衰减。 In order to improve the anti-interference characteristics of the circuit in the electromagnetic environment, based on the evolutionary design idea of ​​the circuit, the genetic programming algorithm is used to automatically realize the evolutionary design of the robust analog circuit, so that the circuit can still maintain its original function under the condition of partial components being disturbed, The overall performance of the smaller attenuation. In the case of local short-circuit fault, , The robust circuit maintains the original bending state and the frequency response curve only has the attenuation rate of 6.27%.
