教育部在2001年颁布《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,从此,我国开始执行国家、地方和学校的三级的课程管理体制,意味着将课程管理的一部分权利下方给了学校。同年7月份,教育部又颁发了《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》,把幼儿园课程管理的自主权给了幼儿园。我国实行的是幼儿园园长负责制度,以此,园长在课程管理方面发挥着重要的作用。园长的办园理念和课程的管理理念直接决定了所在园所的课程实施情况。只有园长的课程管理水平提高了,才能进而提升所在幼儿园的办园质量。
Since 2001, the Ministry of Education has promulgated the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial Implementation). From then on, China began to implement the three-level curriculum management system at the national, local and school levels, implying that part of the rights of curriculum management be given to schools. In July of the same year, the Ministry of Education also issued a “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial)”, giving kindergarten the autonomy of kindergarten curriculum management. Our country is in charge of the kindergarten principal responsibility system, thus, the director plays an important role in curriculum management. Park director’s idea of running a park and the concept of curriculum management directly determines where the park’s curriculum implementation. Only the director of the curriculum management level increased, in order to further improve the quality of the kindergarten park.
