目的:建立同时测定含沉香中成药中沉香四醇和非法添加的松香酸的UPLC-MS/MS分析方法。方法:采用液质联用法,应用C18柱,流动相为含0.1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈溶液梯度洗脱,质谱采用正离子模式,多反应监测扫描。结果:沉香四醇和松香酸线性关系、精密度均符合方法学测定要求,加标回收率为88.5%~112.3%。结论:该法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高、能准确可靠地测定含沉香中成药中沉香四醇和可能添加的松香酸的含量,可用于中成药的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an UPLC-MS / MS method for the simultaneous determination of rhamnolol and lignansulphonate in Chinese medicinal herbs with radix salviae miltiorrhizae. Methods: Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) was used. The mobile phase consisted of a gradient of 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile. The mobile phase consisted of positive ion mode and multiple reaction monitoring. Results: The linear relationship between rosinate and rosin acid and precision were in accordance with the requirements of the methodological determination. The recoveries of spiketal were between 88.5% and 112.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can accurately and reliably determine the content of rosin alcohol and possibly rosin acid in the Chinese traditional medicine containing Chinese medicinal herbs. It can be used for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
