通过对宣武区、东城区三所社区医院的社区卫生服务技术人员一周服务内容及服务量的调查 ,表明三社区医院预防保健服务内容主要是儿童系统管理、健康查体、入户访视、健康咨询和慢性病人卫生服务等 ,每名社区卫生技术人员日均服务人次为 1 9.4人。调查为进一步完善社区卫生服务内容和探讨社区卫生服务适宜工作量标准提供了依据
Through the survey on the service content and service volume of the community health service technicians in the three community hospitals in Xuanwu District and Dongcheng District, it was shown that the contents of preventive health services in the three community hospitals were mainly children’s system management, health examinations, home visits, and health For consultation and chronic patient health services, the average daily service attendance per community health technician was 19.4. The survey provided the basis for further improving the content of community health services and exploring the appropriate workload standards for community health services.
