情境模拟法在骨科护理安全管理中的应用能够有效增强护理人员的安全管理意识,提高安全管理效率,要求各医院在骨科护理安全管理中能够采用情景模拟法进行训练,以保证护理的安全。本文先简要分析情境模拟在骨科护理安全管理中的应用意义,然后就情境模拟在骨科护理安全管理中的实践应用进行具体分析。
The application of situational simulation in the safety management of orthopedic nursing can effectively enhance the safety management awareness of nurses and improve the safety management efficiency. It is required that all hospitals can use the scenario simulation method to train in the safety management of orthopedics to ensure the safety of nursing. This paper first briefly analyzes the significance of situational simulation in the safety management of orthopedic nursing, and then analyzes the practical application of situation simulation in the safety management of orthopedic care.
