一、前言杂交水稻为我国首创。实践证明,它不但有明显的增产优势,而且适应性广,抗逆性强。已大面积的推广,深受农民群众欢迎,并为国外所推崇。众所周知,种子纯度高低,在生产中有着极其重要的意义。常规品种纯度检验,都以田间检验为主,室内检验为辅。然而杂交水稻只利用其杂种一代。因此,田间检验即无意义,必须进行室内检验。关于鉴定杂交水稻三系和F_1的研究,颜启传、谭学庭等曾做了大量工作,在判断种子真实性方面取得了可喜的成绩。但在检验种子纯度方面。仍须探索。我们曾用裂解色谱法及同工酶电泳法鉴别单粒种子,
