目的研究大黄对危重症手足口病患儿合并消化道出血的防治作用。方法将58例入住PICU的危重症手足口病患儿随机分为大黄预防治疗组(治疗组)和非大黄预防治疗组(对照组)。观察两组患儿肺出血发生率、大黄对消化道出血治疗的有效时间。结果治疗组32例患儿发生肺出血者5例;平均大便潜血转阴时间为4.77±1.33 d。对照组26例患儿发生肺出血者10例;平均大便潜血转阴时间为5.56±1.29 d。结论大黄对危重症手足口病合并消化道出血有良好的治疗作用,可缩短消化道出血的时间并降低危重症手足口病患儿的肺出血发生率。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of rhubarb on children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Fifty-eight children with critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to PICU were randomly divided into rhubarb prevention group (treatment group) and non-rhubarb prevention group (control group). Observe the incidence of pulmonary hemorrhage in both groups and the effective time of rhubarb on the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding. Results In the treatment group, 32 cases of pulmonary hemorrhage occurred in 5 cases. The mean fecal occult blood negative conversion time was 4.77 ± 1.33 days. Control group of 26 cases of children with pulmonary hemorrhage in 10 cases; average fecal occult blood negative time was 5.56 ± 1.29 d. Conclusion Rhubarb has a good therapeutic effect on critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease combined with gastrointestinal bleeding, which can shorten the time of gastrointestinal bleeding and reduce the incidence of pulmonary hemorrhage in critically ill hand-foot-mouth disease.
