目的连续、准确、及时了解和掌握许昌县农村居民户食用盐含碘量的情况,为可持续性消除碘缺乏病(IDD)提供科学依据。方法根据《河南省碘盐监测方案》对许昌县区农村居民户食用盐的含碘量进行监测,采用国标GB/T13025.7《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》中的测定方法定量测定食盐中的碘含量。结果许昌县农村居民的碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率2005-2014年连续10a均在98.00%和90.00%以上。结论 2005-2014年虽然连续10 a许昌县居民碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率虽然达到国家IDD消除标准,但从2012-2014年碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率有所下降,特别是2014年有明显下降。因此,继续加大碘盐生产企业和销售市场的管理,提高碘盐碘含量的均匀度,严厉打击私盐的贩卖,继续进行食用盐碘含量的监测,不仅要监测居民户家中食盐碘含量,还应加强对市售成品食盐碘含量的监测,确保农村居民正确食用合格碘盐,以实现可持续消除IDD的目标。
OBJECTIVE Continuous, accurate and timely understanding and grasping of iodine content of salt consumed by rural households in Xuchang County, and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). Therefore, continue to increase the management of iodized salt manufacturers and sales markets, increase the uniformity of iodine salt iodine content, crack down on the trafficking of private salt, continue to monitor iodine content of salt intake, not only to monitor household salt iodine content, The monitoring of the iodine content in the salt of finished products on the market should also be strengthened to ensure that rural residents properly consume qualified iodized salt in order to achieve the goal of sustainable elimination of IDD.
