在分析了单级压缩空气热源热泵机组的低温性能的基础上 ,研究了改进的中间注液热泵循环系统。结果表明 :采用改进的热泵循环系统可明显提高制热量 ,同时使压缩终温降低 ,容积效率提高 ,有效的改善了热泵机组的低温性能。此系统已成功的应用于新产品开发。
Based on the analysis of the low temperature performance of the single-stage compressed air heat pump unit, the improved intermediate injection heat pump circulation system is studied. The results show that the improved heat pump circulation system can significantly increase the heating capacity, reduce the final compression temperature and increase the volumetric efficiency, and effectively improve the low-temperature performance of the heat pump unit. This system has been successfully applied to new product development.
