[目的]筛选出可有效用于平菇害虫生物防治的植物源农药。[方法]采用拌药栽培法分别考察3种植物源农药对平菇菌丝及子实体性状的影响。[结果]在拌药栽培试验中,除虫菊素和印楝素对平菇菌丝生长抑制率极低,其EC50值分别为58655.27、87.33 mg/L,子实体的形成和产量不受影响。[结论]除虫菊素和印楝素可安全用于拌料栽培以防治平菇害虫。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen plant-derived pesticides that can be effectively used for the biological control of mushroom pests. [Method] The effects of three kinds of plant-derived pesticides on the mycelium and fruiting body properties of Pleurotus ostreatus were investigated by the method of mixing cultivation. [Result] Pyrethrins and azadirachtin had very low inhibitory rates on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, with EC50 values of 58655.27 and 87.33 mg / L respectively. The formation and yield of fruiting bodies were not affected. [Conclusion] Pyrethrins and azadirachtin could be used safely in the spice cultivation to control the mushroom pests.
