金塔县位于甘肃省河西走廊的西北端,年平均气温8℃,日照3193.2小时,无霜期141天。气候特点是:空气干燥降水少,蒸发强烈日照长,冬冷夏热温差大,秋凉春早风沙多。冬季平均气温一9.9℃,12月中旬至1月底气温低于—10℃,干燥严寒季节自10月8日至4月15日长达6个多月,在自然条件下栽培食用菌难度较大。为了满足冬季市场对平菇的需求,能在元旦、春节蔬菜淡季时上市,笔者结合几年来教学、科研和栽培实践,总结了一套寒冷地区栽培乎菇高产技术模式,现介绍给寒冷地区平菇生产者参考。 (一)备料堆积发酵 冬季气温低,配料发酵均在室内进行,房间按常规消毒。栽培料配方:棉子壳

The dry and cold season lasts more than 6 months from October 8 to April 15, and it is more difficult to grow edible mushrooms under natural conditions .
