目的：探讨应用药物治疗40例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：随机选取临床诊断为围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者40例,采用米非司酮治疗,连续用药3个月,观察其治疗效果

目的：探讨应用药物治疗40例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：随机选取临床诊断为围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者40例,采用米非司酮治疗,连续用药3个月,观察其治疗效果。结果：用药前后血清内分泌水平变化有所差异,B超检测服药后子宫内膜厚度,服药前后分别为（8.25±0.83）mm及（3.13±0.54）mm,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）。结论：对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血采用小剂量米非司酮治疗,是一种较为安全有效地方法,值得临床推广及使用。
