全球一体化背景下单纯性低端代工活动已经严重影响中国电子通讯产品的全球价值创造及分配,全球价值链治理的必要性愈发突显。本文在全面剖析行业发展现状、行业价值链系统构造和梳理全球价值链治理相关文献基础上,指出了当前阻碍中国企业向全球价值链高端延伸并实施主导性治理的主要因素;有针对性地从物流与营销能力、创新能力两个视角提出了中国企业的全球价值链治理通道,并通过我国两家行业龙头企业进行了治理通道的实证分析。
The simple low-end foundry activities under the background of global integration have seriously affected the global value creation and distribution of China’s electronic communications products. The necessity of global value chain governance has become increasingly prominent. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the industry development, the construction of the industry value chain system and the combing of the literature on global value chain governance, the paper points out the main factors that hinder the Chinese enterprises from extending to the high end of the global value chain and implementing dominant governance. Logistics and marketing ability, innovation ability of two perspectives of Chinese enterprises put forward the global value chain governance channels, and through two leading enterprises in China conducted an empirical analysis of governance channels.
