我国林业企业标准化与其它工业企业相比起步较晚,目前还处于摸索和试验阶段.林业企业是非围墙企业,经营项目繁多,因此开展标准化工作存在一定难度.本文就如何搞好林业企业标准化工作作初步探讨.一、林业企业开展标准化工作的重要性林业企业的生产是以采、集、运、卸、造、选、归、装、加工利用为中心的生产活动和对生产过程的计划组织、指挥、控制的管理活动,要使这些活动按照一定的目标有效地运作起来,就必须采取科学的经营管理手段,因而在林业企业推行标准化管理是具有重要意义的.标准化管理是改变当前林区企业管理现状,实现现代化管理的需要.在深化改革的过程中,国家对企业的宏观调控正逐步减少,将企业推向了市场.
