[目的]介绍加味旋覆代赭汤的适应症及治疗效果。[方法]选择历年间接诊中使用加味旋覆代赭汤的各类胃虚痰阻,气逆不降的患者采用内服中药加味旋覆代赭石汤。[结果]加味旋覆代赭汤治疗胃虚痰阻,气逆不降患者具有明显临床疗效,治愈率高。[结论]应用加味旋覆代赭汤临证加减,治疗反流性食管炎、胆汁反流性胃炎、顽固性呃逆、化疗诱发的迟发性呕吐等症疗效显著。 [Objective] To introduce the indications and therapeutic effects of Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction. [Methods] The patients who treated with Modified Spin-on-Daxing Decoction during the past years were selected to take the traditional Chinese medicine Decoction on behalf of Ophthalmology Decoction. [Result] Jiawei Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has obvious clinical curative effect and high cure rate in the treatment of stomach deficiency phlegm obstruction and gas inverse failure. [Conclusion] The modified cyclophthalone decoction clinical syndrome with regimen, treatment of reflux esophagitis, bile reflux gastritis, refractory hiccups, chemotherapy-induced delayed emesis embolism significant effect.
