目的 应用DICE方案治疗30例难治性非何杰金淋巴瘤,观察其近期疗效。方法 地塞米松10mg,ivd_1;异环磷酰胺(IFO)1.5～2.0g/m~2,ivgt~(tt)d_(1-5),Mesna400mg,ivat0、4、8h after IFO;DDP20mg/m~2,ivg~(tt)d_(1-5);V_(ρ)-16100mg/m~2ivg~(tt)d_(1-4)。21天为1周期,共2个周期以上。结果 全组总有效率为76.7％,其中,完全缓解率占26.7％(8/30),部分缓解率为50％(15/30)。主要毒副反应为血液毒性及消化道反应,其次表现为乏力、脱发,少数表现为一过性尿路刺激症状,无致死性毒副反应发生。
Objective To treat 30 cases of refractory non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with DICE regimen and observe its short-term efficacy. Methods Dexamethasone 10 mg, ivd_1; ifosfamide (IFO) 1.5 to 2.0 g/m~2, ivgt~(tt)d_(1-5), Mesna 400 mg, ivat 0, 4, 8 h after IFO; DDP 20 mg/m~ 2,ivg~(tt)d_(1-5); V_(ρ)-16100mg/m~2ivg~(tt)d_(1-4). 21 days is a cycle of 2 cycles or more. Results The total effective rate of the whole group was 76.7%, of which complete remission rate accounted for 26.7% (8/30) and partial remission rate was 50% (15/30). The main toxicities and side effects were hematologic toxicity and digestive tract reactions, followed by fatigue and alopecia. A few showed transient urinary tract irritation and no lethal toxicity occurred.
