Auer小体和Φ小体是急性髓性白血病诊断的形态学特征之一。本文采用瑞一姬氏染色法(W—G)、髓过氧化物酶(联苯胺)染色法(POX)和氢过氧化物酶(DAB)染色法(HPO)对93例AML病人的髓片进行研究,发现棒状小体的检出率以DAB法为最高。同时发现若在对急性白血病患者常规骨髓读片中计数至少500个细胞,并注意对不典型者的辨认,亦可大大提高小体的检出率。
