4M1E是五个英文单词的缩写,分别表示施工质量控制的五个方面:人员、机械、材料、方法和环境。下面谈谈笔者在南京妇幼保健中心大楼工程的管理体会。中心大楼建筑面积65000m~2,在病房、诊室、公共楼道大量采用塑料地贴材料作为地面铺装。实际地贴铺装面积30866m~2,墙裙铺贴面积5220m~2,地面踢脚线铺装面积1802m~2。工期为2个月,铺装期间需要与其他装修工程穿插进行。
