从第一辆汽车发明至今,世界汽车生产经历了单件定制生产、福特大规模生产方式、精益生产等阶段。最初,汽车生产只有少量熟练的技术工人能够完成,造价昂贵,主要为有钱人定制。1913年,福特首次在汽车生产上引进流水线,使每辆T型汽车的组装时间由原来的12小时28分钟缩短至10秒钟,生产效率提高了4488倍。大大缩减了汽车制造成本,使原来依靠高价格定制的盈利模式转变为大批量低成本生产和销售模式,实现汽车产业第一次大规模商业模式变革。
Since the invention of the first car, the world automobile production has experienced a single custom production, large-scale Ford production, lean production and other stages.
