用真空等离子体喷涂法制备ZrC-SiC复合涂层,采用机械球磨法和烧结破碎法(机械球磨后在真空炉中热处理再破碎到合适粒径)对ZrC-SiC复合粉体进行喷涂前处理。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及X射线光电子能谱等分析手段,研究了涂层的形貌结构和基本性能。结果表明,真空等离子体喷涂是一种有效制备ZrC-SiC复合涂层的手段。喷涂前粉体经过烧结破碎法制备得到的涂层较机械球磨法更致密,涂层氧含量、气孔率、表面粗糙度低,同时结合强度、显微硬度较高。
The ZrC-SiC composite coating was prepared by vacuum plasma spraying and the ZrC-SiC composite powder was pre-treated by mechanical ball milling and sintering method (mechanical ball milling, heat treatment in a vacuum furnace and then crushing to a suitable particle size). X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other analytical tools to study the morphology and basic properties of the coating. The results show that vacuum plasma spraying is a effective means of preparing ZrC-SiC composite coatings. The powder prepared by sintering and crushing before powder coating is more dense than the mechanical ball milling method. The oxygen content, porosity and surface roughness of the coating are low, and the bonding strength and microhardness are higher at the same time.
