药械管理是健全卫生防疫部门内部管理机制的重要内容之一。严密科学的切实可行的规章制度,是管理规范化的表现形式,是进行管理活动的准则和规范。 近年来,我们根据管理必须规范化这一特点,制定了一系列药械管理的规章制度,概括起来有两大类,一类是医疗仪器设备固定资产管理规章制度,一类是低值易耗药械管理规章制度,从而使我站的公共财产全部纳入统一管理范围之内,并进一步规范了药械科是药械管理工作的主管科室。
Drug management is one of the important contents of the internal management mechanism of the health and epidemic prevention department. Strict and scientific and practical rules and regulations are the form of management standardization and are the criteria and norms for management activities. In recent years, according to the characteristics that management must be standardized, we have formulated a series of rules and regulations for the management of medical devices. To sum up, there are two major categories. One is the rules and regulations for the management of medical equipment and fixed assets, and the other is the management of low-value and easily-disposable drugs. The rules and regulations made all the public property of our station within the scope of unified management, and further standardized the department in charge of drug and medical equipment management.
