目的：探讨温阳利水方辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。均予以强心、利尿、扩血管治疗，治疗组加用温阳利水方。两组疗程均为2周。结果中医疗效、心功能疗效及LVEF指标比较，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两组治疗后症状、体征均有改善，治疗组优于对照组。温阳利水方辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效满意。“,”Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming yang for diuresis adjuvant therapy chronic cardiac failure. Method The 40 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Al give strong heart、diuresis、vascular dilation cure,while the treatment group was added in warming yang for diuresis. Course of the treatment were two weekds of two groups.Result Therapeutic effect of TCM、cardiac function effect and LVEF target comparison, the treatment group were superior to control group, differences are statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion two ginseng and two astragalus soup can effectively improve the average heart level, reduce myocardial and improve the clinical symptoms.
