为了提高老年肺癌患者的手术治疗成功率,对2000～2008年35例60岁以上的老年肺癌患者进行分析,我们认为科学合理的术前评估,合适的病例,积极有效的术前准备,麻醉的正确选择和监护,科学细致的手术方案和精细的手术操作,完善的术后管理,对于保障老年心胸患者的手术安全,减少术后并发症及顺利康复起着重要作用。
