酒钢由于受铁水含锰量高、脱氧方法和操作水平等多方面影响,钢水氧化性和温度波动很大,严重地影响钢的质量和连铸正常生产。本文以现场普查为主,在冶炼终点、吹氧前后钢包和中间包中测定钢水氧化性和温度。同时对部分炉次的冶炼终点、大包中钢水和炉渣进行了取样分析,测定结果取得了宝贵试验数据,为制定合适的钢水氧化性和温度控制制度提供了依据。
Due to the high content of molten iron and manganese in the steel, deoxidation methods and the operation of many aspects of the impact of molten steel oxidation and temperature fluctuations, seriously affecting the quality of steel and continuous casting normal production. In this paper, mainly on-site census, at the end of the smelting, before and after oxygen injection ladle and tundish determination of oxidation and temperature of molten steel. At the same time, part of the furnace smelting end point, a large package of molten steel and slag were sampled and analyzed, the results obtained valuable test data for the development of a suitable molten steel oxidation and temperature control system provides the basis.
