海峡两岸监管机构的对话与合作取得重大成果。1月29日,大陆方面证券及期货监督管理机构负责人郭树清与台湾地区金融监督管理机构负责人陈裕璋共同主持了首次两岸证券及期货监管合作会议,双方确立了监管合作机制,并且将共同推动两岸市场的双向资金流动。
