分析了旋转载体上离心力产生的干涉测量光路中空气介质压强的不均匀性变化 ,给出了干涉光路介质折射率相应的分布规律 ,研究了由此产生的干涉测量系统动态测量的示值偏差 .据此分析计算的结果可用于测量结果的精密修正 ,为精密离心机及类似的旋转载体上的动态干涉测量系统的分析设计提供了理论依据
The variation of the pressure of the air medium in the interference measurement optical path caused by the centrifugal force on the rotating carrier is analyzed. The distribution law of the refractive index of the medium in the interference optical path is given, and the indication error of the resulting interferometric system dynamic measurement is also studied. The results of the analysis and calculation can be used for the precise correction of the measurement results, which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and design of a dynamic interferometry system on a precision centrifuge and similar rotating carriers
