科学管理“退耕还林地块”是退耕还林工程的关键工作。文章针对工程运行中存在的、虚报、虚设等违规现象,总结多年生产实践经验,采用“两表两图”法较好地解决了上述问题。
Scientific Management “Land for Conversion of Cropland to Forest” is the Key Work of the Project of Conversion of Cropland to Forest. The article solves the above problems in light of the irregularities existing in the operation of the project, false reports and fictitious phenomena, and sums up many years of practical experience in production and adopts the “two tables and two graphs” method.
