Y2K 问题所带来的影响和危害性已越来越广泛地为人们所认知和重视。在时间紧迫的情况下,如何避免和解决 Y2K 问题就显得十分重要。本文试图从系统工程的角度全面地探讨 Y2K 问题可能存在的范围,并进而提出针对水电厂自动化系统的解决Y2K 问题的工作流程。
The effects and dangers posed by the Y2K problem have become more and more recognized and valued by people. In the case of time constraints, how to avoid and solve the Y2K problem is very important. This paper attempts to comprehensively explore the possible scope of Y2K problem from the perspective of system engineering, and then put forward a workflow for solving Y2K problem for hydropower plant automation system.
