分析了知识集成与技术创新、资本投入与收益激励、市场需要与成果转化中资源配置的作用特征,结合产学研合作过程的构成要素与相互关系,利用Vensim PLE软件构建了多元反馈的动力机制模型.通过模拟仿真对产学研合作过程的演化趋势、作用绩效和反馈机制展开分析.研究表明:产学研合作过程中,知识链与技术链具有明显的协同特征;加强原有产学研合作模式,对创新驱动效率具有一定的促进作用,但作用效果不明显;嵌入多元反馈路径后,能有效优化资源配置,显著提升产学研合作效率.
This paper analyzes the characteristics of resource integration in knowledge integration and technology innovation, capital investment and income incentive, market demand and transformation of achievements. Combining the elements of the production, learning and research cooperation process and the relationship between them, the dynamic model of multivariate feedback is constructed by using Vensim PLE software Through the simulation, this paper analyzes the evolution trend, the performance performance and the feedback mechanism of the process of industry-university-institute cooperation.The research shows that in the process of industry-university-institute cooperation, the knowledge chain and the technology chain have obvious synergetic characteristics; strengthening the existing cooperation model of industry, Innovation-driven efficiency has a certain role in promoting, but the effect is not obvious; embedding multiple feedback paths, can effectively optimize the allocation of resources, significantly enhance the cooperation efficiency of production, study and research.
