目的:评级Quick自锁矫治器减数治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制和使用方法。方法:临床选择14～20岁安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者15例,应用Quick自锁矫治器进行双颌减数治疗,并对治疗前后X线头影测量值的变化进行分析。结果:治疗后患者上前牙的突度明显减少,上下唇突点距审美平面的垂直距离分别减少2.1mm和2.7mm,前牙覆、覆盖达到正常。结论:应用Quick自锁矫治器减数治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错可以取得令人满意的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Quick self-locking appliance in the treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion and to explore its mechanism of action and its use. Methods: Fifteen patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion between 14 and 20 years old were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with Quick self - locking appliance for bilirubin reduction. The changes of X - cephalometry before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: After treatment, the protrusion of the anterior teeth was significantly reduced, and the vertical distance from the apex of the upper lip to the lower lip was decreased by 2.1mm and 2.7mm, respectively. The anterior teeth covered with plaster and the coverage reached normal. CONCLUSIONS: The use of Quick self-locking appliance for the treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion can achieve satisfactory clinical results.
