稻胚体内各种游离氨基酸含量在胚分化期间(开花后7—9天)急剧增加;到成熟中期(13—18天),大多数氨基酸含量缓慢增加或趋于平稳,此后,又增加较多,只有天冬氨酸和谷氨酸含量明显减少。以胚细胞或胚干重为单位表示的各种氨基酸含量均在开花后9天出现增长高峰。结果表明,处于分化期的稻胚总游离氨基酸库急剧扩大,而在胚分化结束直至成熟,其库容量保持大致稳定。本文提出:稻胚游离氨基酸库的大小是在胚分化过程中逐渐定型的,当胚分化完成后(开花13天以后),胚细胞内游离氨基酸库容基本固定。水稻胚胎分化期游离氨基酸库的主要组分为丝氨酸、丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸,到成熟期则是丝氨基、丙氨酸、精氨酸和赖氨酸。这些优势氨基酸可能具有调控整个氨基酸库供给水平的作用。
The contents of various free amino acids in rice embryos increased sharply during embryo differentiation (7-9 days after flowering). These dominant amino acids may have the effect of regulating the supply of the entire amino acid pool.
