为提高LNG发动机的高原环境适应性,在内燃机移动性能试验台上,通过试验方式得出变海拔环境下LNG发动机进气压力参数调整方法,该方法通过调节增压器旁通阀控制压力来调节增压系统压比。实地试验表明,该方法可大幅度降低大气压力变化对LNG发动机性能的影响,使发动机的动力性和燃料经济性得到明显改善。
In order to improve the adaptability of LNG engine to highland environment, the method of adjusting the inlet pressure of LNG engine under different altitude conditions is obtained by experiment on the test bench of internal combustion engine movement performance. The method adjusts the pressure of booster bypass valve to regulate Boost system pressure ratio. Field tests show that this method can greatly reduce the atmospheric pressure changes on the LNG engine performance, the engine power and fuel economy has been significantly improved.
