目的分析溶血标本对患者肝功能检查结果准确性的影响。方法选择2016年6月在我院体检中心查体的80例健康体检者作为研究对象,于清晨采取空腹血6ml,将血液平均注入两支试管中,并分别标记为A管和B管。A管作为非溶血组,B管采取人为措施溶血以后作为溶血组,对两组标本同时进行检测,并对结果进行比较分析。结果 B管(溶血组)测得的ALT、AST、TP、ALB水平明显高于A管(非溶血组),TBIL、DBIL、ALP、γ-GT水平则明显低于A管,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论标本出现溶血现象,会影响肝功能检验结果的准确性,临床检测过程中应最大限度地减少溶血的发生,保证检验结果的参考价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of liver function test results. Methods Eighty healthy subjects in our hospital physical examination center in June 2016 were enrolled in this study. 6ml of fasting blood was taken in the early morning, and the blood was injected into two tubes equally and labeled as A tube and B tube, respectively. A tube as a non-hemolysis group, B tube take artificial measures after hemolysis as hemolytic group, the two groups of specimens simultaneously detected, and the results were compared. Results The levels of ALT, AST, TP and ALB in B tube (hemolysis group) were significantly higher than those in A tube (non-hemolyzed group). The levels of TBIL, DBIL, ALP and γ- The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Hemolysis in the specimen may affect the accuracy of the liver function test results. The clinical trial should minimize the occurrence of hemolysis and ensure the reference value of the test results.
